From Download to Population Screening in Days
Circadify eliminates the months-long procurement, shipping, and calibration cycle that delays traditional vital signs equipment deployments. Community health workers download the app, complete a brief training session, and begin screening during their next household visits. Here is how the screening workflow operates in the field.
Simple Steps to Get Started
Measuring your vitals takes less than a minute
Deploy to CHW Smartphones
Install Circadify on the Android or iOS devices your community health workers already carry. No additional hardware to procure, distribute, or maintain. Program administrators can deploy the app across teams in a single session, even in areas with limited connectivity by using local file sharing.
Position and Scan in 30 Seconds
The CHW holds the phone at face level with the individual being screened. The guided interface ensures proper positioning and lighting. A 30-second contactless scan captures facial blood flow patterns through the front-facing camera — no physical contact, no consumables, no discomfort.
On-Device rPPG Processing
All signal processing happens locally on the smartphone. The rPPG engine extracts heart rate, HRV, stress indicators, and respiratory rate estimates from the captured video frames. No data is sent to the cloud. No internet connection is required. Results appear on-screen within seconds of the scan completing.
Record, Refer, and Sync
Screening results are stored on-device and available for immediate review. CHWs can flag individuals for referral based on program-defined thresholds. When connectivity is available, data syncs to program dashboards for district-level reporting, trend analysis, and population health surveillance.
